Queuxgropius I have posted another picture of an unknown castle in the archive under 'miscellaneous'. It is titled "mystery castle#4".It would be great if anybody has any idea what and where it is. I'd guess that it's German myself.

Mystery castle #4 is Wijnendale Castle in Belgium. Here's an Wiki article about it:

Don't know if you already figured out #1 (the b&w ones) but that's Chāteau de Robert-le-Diable in France. Here's the Wiki article about that one:

Do you already know which #2 and #3 are?

Queuxgropius Thanks Marko,much appreciated. Yes,the castle of Robert le Diable has been identified here, and I have found out that the the castle with rectangular towers is Trujillo castle in spain.I have to get around to changing the captions on those to stop confusing people.
however the last castle is still unknown..so far.
